We're into all of the arts here, and certainly all kinds of music. We've had Rock'n'roll, Funk, Ska, Punk, Alt-Country, Classic & Outlaw Country, Rockabilly, Surf-Rock, Southern Rock, Classical, Pop, Latin, East Indian, Bebop, Swing, Bluegrass, Jazzgrass, House, Electro, Jungle, Trance, Soul, Blues, R&B, Garage, Irish Punk, Post Punk, Southern Death Metal, Shoegaze, Folk, French Folk, Americana/Roots, Hip Hop, Heavy Metal, Breakbeat, Drum n' Bass, and all manner of other genres, and sub-genres...

We've had photographers, comedians, novelists, fine artists, illustrators, mixologists & lecturers on the fine art of creating & imbibing fine beverages... Actors, magicians, ball room dancers, Cuban dancers, cigar rollers and the fine literature of Edgar Allan Poe read burlesque style, and poets as well...

It's been a terrific ride so far... We're so taken aback by the amount of incredible talent here in Toronto, and from all over the globe.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING, before you send an email for booking:

For us to consider you playing a show at The Painted Lady, please submit demos with at least 3 songs minimum, and video footage of you playing live. Video footage does N O T need to be  f a n c y  at all! It can be just a cellphone video, youtube video etc... It's just for us to establish how you play together as a band. This is absolutely essential, but it's not scary. And certainly, many of you already know this, and have EPK's (Electronic Press Kits) and the like.
